This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Testpio subscriptions. Testpio is made and operated by Jay Prakash, an independent software developer in India.
Subscriptions
Coaching institutes subscribe to Testpio for a period agreed with us in writing, such as a month or a year, with a plan sized by the number of active students. Fees are paid in advance, by bank transfer or UPI, or through a payment gateway where we offer one. A trial, when offered, is free of charge and needs no payment details.
Testpio is an online service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
Cancellation
An institute can cancel at any time by writing to support@testpio.in from its admin's email address. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further payment is due. Cancelling does not delete the institute's data at once, so results stay available until the end of the paid period. Our Privacy policy explains what happens to data afterwards.
Refunds
Subscription fees are for the whole period and are not refunded for the part of the period that is unused, for low usage, or for a change of mind.
We do refund in these cases:
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we refund the difference.
- Our failure. If Testpio is unavailable or unusable for your institute for more than 3 days in a row because of a fault on our side, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the period.
- We end the service. If we stop providing Testpio, we refund the unused part of the period.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.
Students
Students do not pay Testpio. Questions about fees paid to an institute should go to that institute.
